  • Penny Huynh

    Chief Executive Officer

    Penny Huynh is the Chief Executive Officer of JKR whose training qualifications include a Diploma of Business, Diploma of Leadership and Management and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

    Penny has a strong background in leading and managing RTOs. She is committed to delivering high-quality education and training programs while driving organisational growth and success. Skilled in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence. Committed to empowering individuals to reach their full potential through accessible and innovative learning opportunities.

    In her professional capacity, when Penny isn't deeply engaged in the realms of compliance and strategic business planning, she finds joy in exploring the world through travel, hanging off a cliff face rock climbing, and relishing the company of her beloved Labradors.

  • Skye Whiteley

    Training Manager

    Skye Whiteley is a forward-thinking and dedicated Training Manager, driven by a profound enthusiasm for education and professional development in the realm of RTOs. Skye boasts a wealth of experience in overseeing our top-notch training programs that empower individuals to realise their career aspirations. Her expertise lies in efficiently managing training logistics, developing engaging curriculum, and providing exceptional support to learners.

    As a Training Manager within an RTO, Skye is deeply committed to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment. She believes in fostering a space where every learner can thrive and succeed. Skye's dedication extends beyond mere training; she strives to cultivate an atmosphere that encourages growth and achievement.

    When not shaping the future of education and professional growth, Skye finds solace in exploring the picturesque country towns of semi-rural Australia and wandering along coastal walking trails. She is equally at home experimenting with culinary creations and discovering hidden treasures at weekend markets.

    Finance and Administration Support

    Stephanie Balbi is a dedicated and committed professional who strives to enhance the achievements of JKR Training by ensuring the effective management of finances and providing support in administrative matters. With a keen eye for detail, deep financial knowledge, and excellent organisational abilities, she offers outstanding assistance to the team, ensuring seamless operations and upholding the organisation's dedication to delivering exceptional education and training services.

    Professionally, when Steph isn't immersed in the intricacies of data analysis, her abiding passion lies in exploring the farthest reaches of the cosmos to catch performances by Ed Sheeran, the Jonas Brothers, and Taylor Swift. FUN FACT: Steph has attended 35 Ed concerts and counting….

  • Anita Phengsavad

    Training Administrator

    Anita is our Training Administrator overseeing the smooth execution of our training programs and maintaining meticulous records of training activities, attendance, certifications, and student progress. With her attention to detail, set of skills and expertise, she will undoubtedly make a valuable contribution to our team.

    Anita comes from corporate background with skills in administrative roles in the VET and Transport & Logistics Industry. While she briefly explored market research, Anita discovered that the VET industry aligns more closely with her aspirations.

    When Anita isn’t immersed in paperwork you’ll find her pool side on a resort, hiking Mt Ijen, snorkelling in Komodo islands, paragliding in Korea, indulging in Korean drama, and is always up for a good feed.

  • T’ni Huynh

    Learning & Development Facilitator

    T'ni started her retail career in her teens. At 23, she opened her own Cosmetic Kiosk in Sydney's Haymarket, earning awards from Lancome, Shisedo, and a Small Business Award. With 35 years of on-field experience and 22 years in training, focusing on sustainable business growth collaborating with international brands, T'ni is passionate about human development and empowering others to build their business opportunities.

    When T'ni isn't actively shaping the landscape of training and education, she takes pleasure in travelling and spending quality time with her family.

  • Stan Sharpe

    Transport and Logistics Trainer/Assessor

    Stan Sharpe has a lengthy and distinguished career in the Transport and Logistics sector, starting as a driver and progressing to a long-term Supervisor at Lindfox. Known for his commitment to excellence and continuous improvement, Stan played a crucial role in optimising supply chain operations. Beyond his professional success, his passion lies in teaching and mentoring emerging professionals in the industry. Stan's extensive knowledge and genuine desire to see others succeed have made him a guiding figure for newcomers.

    When Stan isn't dedicated to training or immersed in the extensive task of assessment marking, he relishes his leisure time, embarking on 4WD adventures, camping and extended road trips throughout Australia.
