BSB30120 Certificate III in Business

  • The BSB30120 Certificate III in Business is a nationally recognised training course designed to provide you with the skills, knowledge and information to help you develop a successful career in business.

    The course will provide you with a range of practical skills and knowledge applicable across a range of industry sectors such as workplace health and safety, producing documents and presentations and working in a team environment.

  • There are no formal entry requirements for this course, however students are expected to have written and spoken English skills to the certificate level of the course, as well as access to the internet and a computer access to complete this course. Prospective students may be required to complete a language, literacy and numeracy assessment.

  • In this course, you'll learn to:

    • Support personal wellbeing in the workplace

    • Articulate, present and debate ideas

    • Engage in workplace communication

    • Use inclusive work practices

    Other personal skills you may learn along the way include:

    • On successful completion of this course you will receive a BSB30120 Certificate III in Business.

    • Students who complete one or more units, but do not complete the whole qualification will be issued with a statement of attainment for the completed units only.

  • Our training options are flexible to meet the needs of every student. Training options include face to face, a combination of face to face and online, work-based training or traineeships.

    Traineeships: Between 12 months Full time and 24 months Part time. Students undertaking a traineeship will have regular workplace and contact support from JKR Trainers.

  • To achieve this qualification, competency must be demonstrated in 13 units of competency consisting of:

    Seven (7) Elective Units:

    • BSBTEC301 Design and produce business documents

    • BSBWRT311 Write simple documents

    • BSBPEF301 Organise work priorities

    • BSBOPS304 Deliver a service to customers.

    • BSBOPS305 Process customer complaints

    • BSBTWK401 Build and maintain business relationships

  • The BSB40120 Certificate IV in Business is a nationally recognised training course designed to enhance your skills and knowledge in a broad range of business areas. Gain a comprehensive understanding enabling you to adeptly manage intricate administrative or operational tasks, requiring self-development skills. Develop the ability to tackle a range of unexpected challenges and analyze information from various sources to resolve issues within defined parameters.

  • There are no formal entry requirements for this course, however students are expected to have written and spoken English skills to the certificate level of the course, as well as access to the internet and a computer access to complete this course. Prospective students may be required to complete a language, literacy and numeracy assessment.

  • By undertaking this course, you will develop skills and knowledge in:

    • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve business functions

    • Planning, drafting and writing complex work documents
